Officially registered as a UK Food Business and conducting taste trials for novel foods in the UK

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) and Food Standards Scotland (FSS) published the UK’s first dedicated safety guidance for cell cultivated products recently, setting out clear expectations on hygiene, HACCP principles, and the framework for conducting regulated Taste Trials for novel foods.

As a UK registered Food Business, we’re happy to share that we can support production in line with the new guidance on HACCP principles, as well as conduct regulated Taste Trials for Animal & Plant Cell Cultivated Products (CCPs).

With our dedicated pilot scale production facilities in Bristol, we provide the infrastructure, technical know-how, and food safety expertise to design and implement processes for those preparing to enter the UK market by helping to scale, validate, and commercialise CCPs responsibly.
